Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)

The Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) offer by K & K International college is 4-year Semester Based Computer course of Faculty of Humanities and Social Science (FOHSS) with the sole objectives of producing manpower of competent applied computer skill needed for IT as well as any other organization. BCA consists of 126 credit hours in total for all subject with 1 credit hour is equivalent to 16 lecture hours.

The program is design with principle of developing human resource for practical IT solution in medium as well as big organization like Trading organization, Manufacturing industry, Tourism industries, I/NGOs and other fields. The course is design to equip the students with broad knowledge of programming language, microprocessor, management, economics, sociology, account and skill to tackle the IT related problems face by Organization.

K&K International College offer BCA program for those students who are interest in computer related field but does not want to study pure IT course. There are best academic faculties and student friendly studying environment. The study is based on lecture study, practical based pedagogy. Eligibility

The candidates who pass 11 and 12 with minimum D+ in all subjects and score of not less than 1.6 GPA of any discipline. In case of old students who pass +2 of HSEB exam. For foreign board students, the board must be recognized by NEB and must pass plus level equivalent to National Education Board (NEB) are eligible for apply.

Hence, total hours required to finish BCA is 2016 lecture hours. The total 126 credit hours is distributed among various subjects which is listed below. However, students have to study total 96 credit hours of computer related subjects which includes core courses, electives, and internship.

Yes, the most deserving students, based on overall performance and authentic criteria will receive  scholarship. Additionally, students who top the semester exam will receive a 50% discount on their semester fees. The final decision rests with the Department/Management.

8. HOW TO APPLY?

After getting the information regarding the courses and fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the student can apply by paying required registration fee for reserving the seat (which will be adjusted with their Tuition Fee).

Students have to pass the entrance exam of TU then go through screening sessions and counseling sessions for admission.

11. WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR AN ADMISSION DECISION?

Admission decisions are based on students learning attitude and determination towards subject, screening tests and suitability to take up the desired course provided the candidate meets the eligibility condition as mentioned in the brochures in terms of qualifying aggregate percentage/marks/grades in 10+2 and entrance pass report.

12. HOW SHALL I FIND OUT IF I AM ADMITTED?

You will be informed immediately after a screening/counseling session followed by admission interview. Otherwise you will receive a call/sms or email from college/ BCA.

13. WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS OF COLLEGE FOR ADMISSIONS?

College remains open between 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday through Friday, with the exception of major National/ Provincial holidays.
